Recently our company received a few complaints regarding the operation failure of the electric cooker. After our investigation we discovered that the mentioned OCOO electric cookers were not sold by our company. They were ordered through internet from foreign countries, the operation failure of these electric cookers are caused by the difference in voltage and this may even shorten the life span of the cooker.
Each of the Korean health pot is strictly quality controlled and guaranteed. For 6 years in succession, we won the best commercial brand from Korean Standard Association. Our Korean main office has already announced through their official website that the Korean OCOO products adopt the fixed electric voltage of AC 220V~60Hz, if they are used in area with different voltage, it may cause failure in operation.
He imported OCOO products in Malaysia meet the requirement of the voltage of AC 220V~60Hz and have also obtained the JBE and SIRIM QAS permit.
At the same time, we declare that our company does not have stock of other imported models circuit board (PCB), so we cannot carry out any repairs.
Other than that we also discovered that machine board keys, recipes and operation handbooks of the imported OCOO model are all in Korean language. The English/Chinese recipes are only enough for the supply of our own model.

Conditions Of Warranty
Every OCOO Double Boiler is throughly inspected and tested before leaving the Factory. The motor and other parts (excluding germanium pot) are warranted for two(2) years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and materials. However, for commercial use, the warranty is one (1) year for whole unit and the motor excluded germanium pot. Should any trouble develop, return the machine prepaid to us or place of purchase. If inspection show trouble is caused by defective workmanship of materials, all repair will be made without charge.
- The warranty does not apply to :-
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, failure to follow operating instruction, or damage caused by parts or service unauthorized.
- Repairs are due to normal wear and tear evident of misuse, motor worn-out, overloading beyong its roted capacity and etc.,
- Repairs have been made or attempted by others.,
- Damage resulting from use of improper accessories, non genuine replacement parts, disassembly, tampering alternation and repairing in any way that effects its reliability and performance.,
- The warranty is valid only in Malaysia to the original purchaser of the Equipment and is not assignable or transferable.
- The Warranty must be registered online at www.ocooglobal.com within 1 month from date of purchase to entitle for 2 years of warranty, otherwise the warranty will valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Please retain your purchase receipt for verification purpose.
Return Policy
At our store -our goal is to ensure Full satisfaction with your purchase. We offer Exchange or Repair when there is the defects of the item or misrepresentation on listings. All return items for a refund must be unopened and new condition- in their original box including all packing material. Shipping and Handling are not refundable.
This return policy does not apply to commercial appliances, or to products used in commercial establishments.
All returns should be discussed and agreed upon with us.
