Rump Steak

Ingredients
Beef rump for 4servings (600g), Some salt and pepper


How to cook

  1. Prepare the beef rump and cut it into 4pieces.
  2. Spread some salt and pepper on the beef.
  3. Heat the beef on the greased pan and roast it both side until it turns to brown color.
  4. Place the beef on the inner pot and close the lid.
  5. Pour 600cc of water into the heating plate and close the lid.
  6. Set the temperature and time as 55deg and 8hr. press the start button.

Cooking Tip
Normally, a beef rump is too tough to cook for steak. however, if you cook by low temperature for over 8hrs the fibre in beef is melted and become tender.
